| Grover Island is located near the mouth of the Crooked River in Camden County, Georgia. The island boasts over 400 acres (1.6 km²) of forest and approximately 1,600 acres (6 km²) of saltwater marshes and interconnected waterways. The island is home to many ancient oak trees and is a refuge for endangered species of wood-billed storks and ospreys. | |
